                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A
                  PROPOSAL FROM THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                  TRANSPORTATION TO CONSTRUCT ROUTE 11 AND 64
                  (McCALLIE AVENUE) BRIDGE AND APPROACHES OVER
                  ABANDONED SOUTHERN RAILROAD BELT LINE, SUBJECT
                  TO COOPERATION OF THE CITY AS SET FORTH IN THE
                  PROPOSAL ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED
                  HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby accepted a
       proposal from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to
       construct Route 11 and 64 (McCallie Avenue) Bridge and approaches 

       over abandoned Southern Railroad belt line, subject to 
cooperation
       of the City as set forth in the proposal attached hereto and
       incorporated herein by reference.
